Groovy Support. Don't let the description fool you. Groovy can mean a lot of things. The New World Dictionary (deluxe color edition!) says groovy means "very pleasing or attractive." Their old slang definition refers to "in the groove" meaning "working effortlessly." We like both of these definitions and would like to add friendly, creative and happy to the list. That's how we describe our customer service.

We like what we do and we like creating working relationships that focus on providing our services with our best attitude and our best efforts. That means we'll talk to you, in person or on the phone, about your web needs. You don't have to fill out online forms to reach us (unless, of course, you want to).

Seriously though, personal service is the key to successful and lasting business relationships. No matter how many computers we throw in the mix, it's still about people. We think that's groovy.
